What We Expect From You
All applicants should be coming in with gear on par with the
current content, and a strong offspec is always a welcome bonus.
The ideal applicant is someone who does everything possible to get
the most out of their character (appropriate profession bonuses,
top gems and enchants, optimized reforging, etc). Maturity,
patience, and a strong desire to overcome new challenges are
assets. While we maintain a friendly environment in Trial and
Error, it is important that you can take constructive criticism
when necessary, and learn from mistakes and experiences.
Attendance
Players should have a minimum of 75% attendance and post on our
forums when they cannot make a raid. We understand that real life
issues happen and are happy to accommodate you, but advance notice
is appreciated.
What You Can Expect From Us
We distribute items via our Loot Council, consisting of officers
and randomly chosen, anonymous raid members. These players vote
based on several factors such as rank and ilevel to keep things
balanced and fair. As a member you will also be provided with
flasks, potions, food, and a repair allowance.
If your class or spec is not on the above list, please do not be
discouraged. We are always looking for great players, and we try to
respond to all applicants in a timely manner.
