ECR considers itself as a Casually-Hardcore raiding guild that
currently resides at a strong 7/7H for progression with only real
life holding us back (Hence recruitment to solidify a good 20 man
that can reliably show up to our raid nights).
Raid nights are Sunday 8PM - 12PM EST and Monday at 10PM - 12 PM
EST, with an optional Saturday 10PM - 12PM EST raid night for alts
or snagging those last pieces of gear with Sunday and Monday being
the pivotal "SHOW UP" nights. We utilize a loot council standpoint
without the DKP shenanigans by way of using the addon
CouncilLootMaster (Which is a must-have addon) to keep things quiet
and drama-free.
We expect raiders to show up ready to raid, especially since we
provide flasks, potions, enchants, and gems to those that ask free
of charge. You are also expected to use Mumble (however, no mic is
necessary!) and we, above else, expect effective communication on
what you are needing/wanting as well as your availability.
ECR strives to be a safe environment for all, promoting itself as
an LGBTQ friendly atmosphere as well as healthily diverse. Guild
chat (especially Mumble chat) is 18+ preferred. We're all adults
with a majority of us being ex military so things can get a little
racy.
