About Us
Mediocracy is a guild that focuses on a relaxed and entertaining raiding atmosphere while bringing skilled players together. This is done with the understanding that as a community our players priorities in life are changing and that many of us no longer have as many hours to dedicate to gaming.

History
Mediocracy is a long standing guild on Anetheron since early Burning Crusade as a 25-man raiding guild. We have earned multiple server firsts including Kil'jaeden, Grand Crusader and 0-light while raiding only 3 days a week.

Since the start of Cataclysm we have adjusted our raid roster into two 10 man groups at 2 days a week. Since the change to a more casual schedule we have still earned server firsts for Sinestra, Heroic: Will, Heroic: Empress, and Ra-den.

In preparation for Warlords of Draenor we have converted to a single large rotational roster group to get everyone used to playing together.

What We Are Looking For
Since our focus is about having an enjoyable competitive raiding experience it is our priority that we provide a safe and respectful environment.

We expect all of our members to show the necessary maturity to handle players from all walks of life and to treat each other with politeness and respect.

We expect that our raiders perform to the utmost of their abilities and to maximize their personal potential in terms of gear and knowledge.

Raiding and Rosters
Our current schedule is a rotational schedule that consists of two alternating weeks.

Week 1 is progression oriented. We renew our raids during this week to help focus on the boss fight we're currently working on. Tuesday & Thursday 9-12 EST.

Week 2 is a clear week. We reset our raid IDs on this week and bring in new/undergeared members and full clear to our current progression boss. Additionally we add a 3rd day to provide additional progression time in addition to clearing.

We try to maintain our roster at around 13 members at the moment. If you are recruited do NOT expect to be included in EVERY fight but be aware that you WILL get to raid.

Warlords of Draenor Plans
We have already started the transition of merging both of our weekday and weekend groups into a single group. The exact times and days for Warlords will be determined closer to the expansion based on the needs and time preferences of our raiding roster.

Expansions are always moments of change, because of this we fully expect our rosters to fluctuate quite a lot in terms of players returning, quitting, and changing mains. Our past raiders are always welcome back. Between this fact and our current roster sizes we will NOT be increasing recruitment at this time. However, we will continue to evaluate our needs as Warlords draws closer and adjust recruitment as necessary.
