Guild Story:
Nether is a relatively new guild, est. late December of 2013.
Warlords of Draenor:
Nether has started raiding, and we got a strong core team
consisting of 30+ people.
However there is always need for a lot of people at the start of an
expansion. So if you're in search for a serious guild thats
progressing and still not raiding too often you should definately
consider Nether as an option.
If you feel that Nether could be a new home for you, feel free to
post an application and you should recieve a response within a few
days.
In Nether, you will find a unique group of people; mainly
consisting of experienced and skilled raiders that due to real life
situations don't have the time that they used to have.
The leadership is hand picked to ensure no corruption, meaning all
our officers have their rank because they deserve it, not because
they are someones friend.
The core philosophy of the leadership is quite simple; Quality. We
feel quality describes not only performance, but a multitude of
factors that combine to warrant the term.
We raid mainly for the experience. Loot to us is simply a tool to
help us experience more content, and thus is awarded using loot
council, with pressing factors being; attendance, performance
and attitude. We aim to have the gear that drops stay in the guild
for as long as possible, and as such recruits have no loot
rights.
In Nether, we expect our raiders to consistently perform, show up
and stay for each and every raid (exceptions are ofcourse made in
the case of pressing social events/emergencies). Raiding to us is
something we look forward to every week, and should be on the top
of your priority list.
