Logistics - 20man Raid. 2 Nights a week (Tues - Weds) 7-11pm

About Us - We are semi-hardcore raid. Our goal and philosophy is to
push through content as quickly as we can in order to challenge and
stimulate ourselves. What makes us unique is the amount of time we
raid (and I can't stress this enough). Two nights a week is outside
of the norm for a raid that is as progressed as we are. We are able
to accomplish more with less than most groups with preparation,
good use of time, and experience. We strive to strike a balance
between respecting each other's time and maintaining a fun and
relaxed environment. So if you are looking to be hardcore or raid 3
- 7 nights a week this group is not for you. But if you want to
still raid and have a life with 5/7 nights and weekends free then
we might have the right place for you.
Expectations:
1) Respect (We must be respectful of each other in order for this
whole raiding thing to be worth anyone's time. This includes being
on-time for raid and prepared to accomplish the goals for the raid
every week. These are the best ways to show respect in our
raid.)
2) Maturity (The whole point is to challenge ourselves - if you
can't handle some frustration with maturity and perseverance then
we cannot afford to have you.)
3) Attendance (This is a core spot that we are looking to recruit
for. We will rely on you to not only be on time but also attend
nearly 100% of the scheduled raids each week in order to continue
with progress. I don't believe in the 12 - 13 man roster for
10mans. I would much rather have 10 reliable people that can count
on playing their spot each week.)
4) Performance (Mistakes are fine. We all make them. But we expect
you to correct your mistakes quickly and take full responsibility
for them.)
Overall the most important thing is that we are looking for a good
fit. This raid is unique in what it has to offer so we are looking
for a fairly unique individual. If you have read all of the above
