Given the upcomming raid format changes with WoD, we are
currently examining the complexities and growth required for the
move to a solid 20 man raiding roster. As such, while we are
actively recruiting a Raid lead, a tank, a boomkin and a feral
druid or windwalker monk, all applications are welcome.
Our progression is currently 5/7 heroic in Highmaul and the team
has strong competencies. Our greatest challenge with progression
has been member turnover due to life conflicts.
What you can expect from us:
Loot system: We use Loot Council. We consider that loot goes to
those who need it, going to use it to the best of its abilities,
and benefit from it the most as well.
Raid times & dates: We raid Friday & Saturday from 6pm
to 10pm PST
Repairs and food are provided. Assistance can be given with
flasks and potions.
A calm and collected raid atmosphere, with some inappropriate
humour
We do not recruit for the bench. We do recruit to ensure our
raid has the necessary class diversity to be successful, and that
sometimes means you will be swapped in or out for fights.
What we expect of you:
Attendance consistency and timeliness
The ability to come prepared for raid
note: raiders are required to have both EPGP loot master and DBM
(or equivalent) addons.
Strong class/spec knowlege/ability
The ability to not stand in fire
