The Vikings
The Vikings is a semi-hardcore Mythic raiding guild centred around
a friendly, relaxed, and fun environment whilst still maintaining
an attitude to succeed and progress through raids at a competitive
level.
We are a guild still in its youth (in raiding terms), with Siege of
Orgrimmar being the first raiding tier to challenge ourselves with,
resulting in us being 2nd on Terenas to kill Garrosh Heroic.
Recruitment
Currently we are looking for a Monk (preferably one that can
fulfill both DPS and Healer roles proficiently, though not
required), as well Paladin and Mage DPS.
However, if you are a different class/role and feel you have
something to offer The Vikings you are encouraged to
apply.Exceptional and well thought out applications will be taken
in to consideration.
Raiding Schedule
We have 3 scheduled raid nights a week. These are; Thursday,
Sunday, and Monday.
Raids start at 20:00 ST until 23:00. However, you are required to
be online by 19:45 ready to be invited and inside the instance so
that we're at the boss for 20:00.
Additional Information
We expect all raiders to be available for at least 10 out of the 12
raid nights per month (roughly 85% attendance rate).
Loot is handled via EP/GP with methods set in place so that gearing
is fair and even. Do note though, that gear is a raid tool to help
progression, not a personal trophy to show off.
