<Ecology> was formed on Nordrassil EU on the 7th September
2011, by a group of like-minded individuals of various
nationalities and backgrounds with vast experience of high end PvE
progression in previous expansions, such as pre-nerf sunwell and
Naxx 40 clears. We moved to Kazzak prior to Dragon Soul in order to
benefit from the much larger player base and extravagant
night-life. Siege of Orgrimmar was a very enjoyable and fairly
successful tier for Ecology, finishing up with a top 80 ten man
ranking. Tier 16 was also the last tier of heroic 10 man raiding.
Come Warlords of Draenor, every serious raiding guild has to adapt
and fit their roster to suit 20 man raiding.
With this in mind, we have opened recruitment for all roles to
adapt our roster to meet the demands of Mythic raiding in Warlords
of Draenor. We are extremely interested in finding those solid,
reliable players that would fit the guild's requirements. The goal
is to expand the roster up to 25-27 players of our standard and
level.
Recruitment updated since 3/2/2015:
- Recruitment is open for everybody who considers themselves
exceptional with a preference on a strong Melee+Ranged right
now.
- Possibly after a tank (or possible 3rd tank dps with
offspecc)
During progress, we raid on Wednesday, Thursday, Sunday and Monday
between 20 and 24 ST. We expect members to have at least 90%
attendance during this period. Earlier start on Sunday or an extra
raid on Tuesday are possible during first couple weeks of progress.
These extra raids are optional and are used when it suits the
schedule of the raiders.
You must be prepared to raid at a high level, and be equipped with
the various skill sets that are required in order to succeed;
communication, the ability to execute instructions and exceptional
individual skill. There will be long hours during progression,
there will be extra 'homework' and there most definitely will be
criticism (as well as praise!). If you work hard for your spot, you
will be justly rewarded. We will accept nothing less than your
best. If you prefer your raids to be like 'My Little Pony' themed
tea parties, you might as well look elsewhere.
