Who the guild is
Zerglings is a semi-hardcore Alliance raiding guild situated on
Hellscream (linked with Aggramar). We’re made of experienced
raiders with many of us having raided to a high standard since
Vanilla. The guild was formed at the start of MoP with the goal to
clear all content at a competitive rate, we ended Mists as a top 5
guild across the joint servers. Over the years that we have all
played WoW we've all got older and got different commitments in our
lives so we had to scale down the amount of time we can put into
WoW.
What do we want
We want to raid to the best of our capabilities within the time we
have to raid. We believe that we can continue to be a top 5 raiding
guild on the server with the goal to become the top guild.
What do we expect from you?
We expect you to be able to communicate clearly with the rest of
us. We require you to be able to talk on vent to help us coordinate
an encounter. You must be mature and able to handle any criticism
directed your way.We want players who are able to take criticism
constructively, work together regardless of personal feelings and
work towards the betterment of the guild not their ilvl. Be able to
own your mistakes and not make excuses. We also want players who
know how to talk to each other in a way that you yourself would
like to be talked to. We want you to be proactive rather than
reactive. If something is uncertain you shouldn't be afraid of
asking.
We require our raiders to be able to attend a minimum of 2 / 3
raids a week. We understand if you cannot make 100% attendance but
missing multiple raids will be noticed and noted. Our raid times
are:
Wednesday: 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
Sunday: 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
Monday: 20:00 - 23:00 Server Time
You must know your class and spec to the point that you can do
competitive dps, healing or tanking. Basics that you demand of our
raiders are to have your abilities keybound and macros ready, be
fully gemmed/enchanted and have all consumables ready prior to a
raid. We look for players who are interested in self-improvement,
strive to be the best you can be and actively work in and outside
of raids to achieve that.
What can Zerglings offer you?
We recruit players to raid along side us, this means we offer those
who are raider rank and above (achieved by completing a trial) the
same opportunities that anyone has. We will incorporate you into
our raid team which is formed by rotating our player base depending
on the encounter/tactic. We also offer stability, we have no
intention of going anywhere! We are committed to raiding
consistently.
