<Tempest> Is recruiting a few specific classes for mythic
raiding. We're a semi-hardcore raiding guild and have been raiding
together since 2012. We pride ourselves on our relaxed and friendly
atmosphere while maintaining a high standard of progression.
The aim of our guild is to kill all relevant bosses in each tier
whilst they're difficult and fresh. To do this we have specific
requirements that must be met by all of our raiders.
What we ask from our players:
1. A high level of attendance. We believe that running a relatively
small raid team gives us a bigger advantage and synergy when it
comes to mythic raiding. To make this a reality all of our players
are required to have as close to 100% attendance as possible.
2. Class knowledge and research, it's imperative that all of our
raiders keep on top of class and game changes to give us the
biggest possible chance at progressing on an encounter.
3. Patience, while we're primarily focused on progressing through
the content it's important to remain calm and collected, some boss
fights may be incredibly difficult and require a lot of time and
dedication to kill. It's important that all of our players remain
patient to keep the atmosphere as healthy as possible during the
gruelling encounters.
What we can offer you:
1. A raiding environment that is focused and determined to ensure
that all content is cleared within a good time frame.
2. Our raids are also a social thing, we're all really good friends
and all have a really good time during all of our raids.
3. A reliable raid position. We make sure that we don't
over-recruit, while this means that everyone must show almost
impeccable attendance it ensures that every player that is
performing to an expected standard and is deserving retains their
raid spot.
At this current moment in time we're looking for a few specific
classes (see list below) however, we always consider exceptional
applications.
