Reaction is a raiding guild on the Ravencrest EU server. If you are
looking for a guild with a relaxed and positive atmosphere that
still pushes content and progression as quickly as possible then we
want to hear from you. Made up of real life friends and people
we've met along the way we pride ourselves on pushing challenging
content while still maintaining the notion that WoW comes second to
most things in life. While we take our raiding seriously we try to
not take ourselves seriously.
Looking for:
Our roster is currently full, however we are always looking for top
notch players of any class/spec.
Raiding
Our raid schedule is as follows (server times):
Wednesday 20.00 - 23.00
Sunday 20.00 - 23.00
Monday 20.00 - 23.00
Compared to the majority of guilds at a similar level of progress
we run far less hours - in order to do this we require a high
standard from all our players. This includes but is not limited
to:
* We expect our players to go beyond simply reading Icy Veins once
then putting their character through AskMrRobot and calling it a
day. Theory-crafting, World of Logs, and Simcraft should not be
strange words to you.
* You can play your class/roles to an extremely high level.
* Dedication and reliability are absolutely key to us as this
enables the officer team to build for the long term. Generally we
expect 85%+ raid attendance as a rough guide and ample warning for
any absences that may occur (we can appreciate that this might not
always be possible though.
* You should be highly competitive yet still open to criticism and
suggestions. Ideally we want recruits who are able to adapt to new
situations quickly and are capable of learning from their own and
others mistakes. Nobody is perfect and there is almost always room
for improvement - with a relaxed 3 day raiding schedule we need
everyone to be pulling their weight.
What we Expect
Teamwork - We want to build a team that plays for each other and
enjoys the challenges/successes of raiding together. Make it past
recruitment and your trial period and you can look forward to being
a solid part of our team.
Age - As a general rule of thumb we prefer our raiders to be 18+
but if this doesn't apply to you then there is no immediate need to
worry. Simply be prepared for questions regarding this during your
application.
Hardware - Reliable internet connection and a computer which is
capable of handling the stress of a 25Man raid.
What we offer:
- 3 nights a week regular raiding with a humane time
commitment.
- Relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
- Guild repairs and flasks - you'll be expected to bring your own
cooldown potions.
