Background information
Elevation is a hardcore progression raiding guild. Our guild
consists of a few members who raided with the guild, Intuition on
Horde Frostmourne – we achieved 10/13 heroic (including Dark
Animus) within the two months we were raiding together. We are
absolutely determined in achieving far greater than that of our
former guild, and to make this possible, not only has our team
produced realisable set of goals for the current raid, but we have
also spent hours in strategic preparation to assist these
goals.
We do expect our players to be committed to progression; to be
overly prepared before our raids (including punctuality); and, to
enter with a positive attitude to set an encouraging environment to
progress expeditiously – we do not tolerate any less during
progression.
On a lighter note, we are a group of players that do like to amuse
each other; keep in touch with the social characteristics of the
game; assist guild members with older content and incorporate a
social element to our core group – however, we feel that this is a
hindrance during progression – thus, we purposely meet these
fundamentals once we have tackled progression.
It is expected that all players, who potentially join us, must have
prior heroic experience to the current raid, and must be willing to
be a substitute – as we feel it is absolutely necessary, and indeed
healthy for our raid team, to compare attempts made with different
classes. Having said this, I make it clear that no raider will be
left to sit out for an entire raid without making a satisfactory
amount of attempts on a particular boss – this is our promise to
you.
