Terenas. We are now recruiting for skilled and competitive raiders
to push ahead with the ever evolving content. With several Server
1st kills, we are ready to put in the work to maintain US Rank #1
amongst all morning raid guilds.
Who is Offtime
Offtime is forged in old Vanilla times, a long established 8 years
and well regarded guild in the US morning raiding scene. Having
maintained our constant top server rankings throughout expansions
and patches, we set our sights on a much more ambitious goal forth,
to be the top US morning raiding guild. With that in mind, we are
now pushing and strive further forward to break through new ranking
heights.

Wearing the Offtime Badge - What we Expect From You
Whilst we all take raiding seriously, we are able to have plenty of
fun doing so. With lots of self deprecating humour and banter
amongst players. We try to keep our raiding roster small and not
over recruit.
1. Attitude: Having the right attitude, patience and the right
mindset especially on progression days are vital. Being polite and
being willing to help others is the way to go. Willingness to
accept criticism and have an attitude of self-improvement. It is
important to understand that you are a part of the team and only
way to beat toughest encounters is by playing as a team. No drama
kings/ queens.
2. Attendence : We raid on Wednesdays, Thursdays, Fridays and
Mondays (progression) 10am EST to 1.30pm EST. With extended hours
to 2pm if we are close to a kill or 1st 2 weeks of progression.
Maintain a minimum of 70%ish raid attendance. Raid invites go out
at 9.45am You are expected to be punctual. Absence without prior
notification will not be tolerated.
3 Class Knowledge : From reforging , gemming and gearing, you are
expected to know your role and class fully. You are expected to
perform at a consistently high level with your chosen spec or
class. You must know your class inside out and be able to apply
your class effectively in an ever changing raid environment.
4. Preparation: When you come to raid, you will be prepared to
raid. This means bringing enough consumables for the entire raid
and being fully repaired before raid begins. Research for new
bosses is also a requirement; know the best spec/talents/glyphs to
use on any given fight.
5. Internet Connection: Owner of a stable connection.
6. Encounter Roster: With our 13man roster, and as with any raiding
guild , a selection of the 10 best possible class to engage a
specific encounter may mean you will be on reserve. On other hand,
while we understand the learning curves of each individuals, if you
are found to be under-performing, you may be be replaced in order
for the the raid to continue.
7. Loot Distribution: It is important that you understand loots are
distributed under the full jurisdiction of the Loot Council. The
decision is derived from understanding the needs of the current
team and how gearing certain roles will benefit from these upgrades
and enable us to push progression forward with ease. The standard
award is BiS first.
