We are a guild comprised of friends first and raiders second. We
spend a lot of time together doing everything from arenas to
raiding to old content farming and everything in between. Sure, we
like someone who is relatively equal in gear and progression as us,
but we are more interested in people than characters.
Gear doesn't guarantee a kill, but lack of it most certainly
guarantees a wipe. At Calm, we would much rather invest some time
in gearing someone cool that fits in with us as opposed to spending
our raid nights with a crazy high item level being operated by a
complete prick.
All of us have taken varied paths to arrive at where we are today.
And the one thing we all agree on is that we like things....Calm.
