Name: The Oathsworn Vigil
Website: theoathswornvigil.guildlaunch.com
Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays 9 pm to 12
am server time
Contact Battle tag: Sills#1849
We are looking for friendly and skilled ranged dps (boomkin, mage,
shadow priest) to join us for normal and heroic raiding in Highmaul
and BRF and potentially for the last few spots on our Mythic team!
We are 7/7 in Heroic Highmaul and 2/10 in normal Blackrock
Foundry.
Who we are:
The Oathsworn Vigil was founded on October 11th, 2013 by a group of
individuals looking for progression on a casual schedule, something
hard to come by these days. Some of us are former hardcore raiders,
and others have less experience, moving to our current schedule to
step up their PvE experience.
After spending the first few weeks clearing ToT, we began the push
into SoO going 14/14 in our first tier of normal modes (now
heroics). With Warlords of Draenor, we dove into Highmaul with
progression in mind. Through the efforts of our raid team we have
gone 7/7 in heroic Highmaul and now we set our sights on
Mythics!
We will be raiding three nights a week. Tuesdays will be for
farming and Thursday and Sunday will be dedicated to progression.
Raid times will be 9 PM to 12AM server time unless otherwise
specified.
Our goal is simple. To provide a fun and TRULY casual environment
from all fronts and create a memorable experience for you while you
remain a part of the Vigil. Good company, skilled players and an
overall friendly environment that'll make you want to get
involved.
In the Oathsworn Vigil, you are a part of a family. And as such,
you will not find "inner circles" or feel "out of the loop." You
are one of us and we take care of our own. We aim to become the
very foundation of what it means to be a great guild. And we want
YOU to be a part of it!
What we offer:
A consistent raid schedule. With a rotating roster,
pulling starts on time, and absences don't mean a raid night is
called off.
A mature progression oriented environment. We don't do loot
squabbles.
Flasks, food, consumables are all provided.
The ability to raid, while still living life. You're not
letting anyone down to attend to RL for the night.
What we expect:
Raiders to promptly be online before raid time, or give the
raid leader adequate warning of lateness/absences
Raiders to have prepared the evening's fights beforehand
Self-directed and motivated individuals that seek to
continuously improve their performance
People that know how to have fun!
If the idea of approaching progression raiding on a more casual
schedule interests you, or you're looking for a friendly social
setting to have some fun on Azeroth, I can be contacted in game on
Sillsana, or via Battletag: Sills#1849. If you'd like more
information, or have any questions or concerns, please don't
hesitate to contact me!
