Raid Info:
Raid is Tues/Wed/Thurs from 9:00 ST until 12:30 ST.
*It is very important that you are competent, consistent, and
reliable. It is the key to success with this laid back style of
raiding.*
Loot and Trial Info:
We use Loot Council consisting of 5 officers to distribute loot.
Everything is taken into account. Attendance rate, attitude,
consistency, recently awarded pieces, etc.
A typical trial lasts two weeks. Sometimes longer, sometimes
shorter if you wow us!
Expectations:
- Punctuality. It is extremely important that you are online
on time, and ready to pull @ start.
- Vent, and a working microphone. Attentive listening
skills, and the ability to speak when spoken to.
- Exceptional raid awareness. Dead DPS does no DPS.
- 90% attendance rate, or better. You let officers know when
you will be out, ahead of time.
- Consistency in performance.
- A strong and clear understanding of your class. You
research your class and are constantly striving to improve
yourself.
- Maturity.
- Research fights! Don't go in blind and expect to get a
full-on explanation! This wastes time.
- Consumables. While we do offer them to raiders from the
guild bank, you should still be prepared at all times.
- Gear enhancements. You should always, always, always have
appropriate gems and enchants. NO EXCEPTIONS.
