We raid three nights a week. These nights are:

Tuesday - 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST
Wednesday - 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST
Thursday - 7:30 PM to 10:30 PM EST

Invites out promptly at 7:30, pulling trash at 7:45. We usually never go past 10:30 PM EST even on progression nights.
