ABOUT THE GUILD:
The guild has been around since ToT and was formed by two members
of the military that weren't able to find what they were looking
for in other guilds, so they decided to create their own. ThrowdowN
has established itself as a solid raiding team, finishing within
the top 14 on the server, 5th on the alliance side for SoO. The
goals for ThrowdowN are to establish itself further on the Turalyon
server as an experienced, talented, and respectable raid team. We
believe we can become a top tier raid team on this server, and
strive with every pull to do so.
EXPECTATIONS FROM PLAYERS
Our members must be passionate about their classes and roles. They
should always be looking for ways to improve, take constructive
criticism, follow directions, and always consider the guild's
priorities first. They must be able to adapt and overcome unknown
circumstances, and always be aware of the surroundings.
If you think you have the talent and attitude to belong to a goal
oriented, progression focused team then we strongly encourage you
to apply. You can do so by sending an in game message to Razerwire,
or fill out an application on the ThrowdowN website under the
recruitment tab. Once this is completed you will be contacted by a
guild Officer, and an interview will be scheduled. If you have any
questions, comments, or concerns please address them in the
comments section of the application.
GUILD REQUIREMENTS (MANDATORY):
If you do not meet the minimum requirements, do not apply.
1.) You MUST be level 100 on your main to join. Alts are
welcome.
2.) You MUST know how to play your class to the fullest.
3.) You MUST have experience with raid content.
4.) You MUST be geared appropriately. Gear does not replace skill
but you should be equipped enough to survive and make a difference
in our current raid content.
5.) You MUST learn to die with dignity and not complain about
repair bills.
6.) You MUST bring a positive attitude and want to succeed.
Negative attitudes will not be tolerated.
7.) You MUST have a stable internet connection and computer. If you
frequently disconnect, you are wasting your time and ours.
8.)You MUST have basic communication skills with the ability to
speak on Mumble.
9.) You MUST apply as an individual. We do not take
package-deals.
10.) You MUST be willing to re-spec to any talent tree needed by
the guild, no questions asked.
11.) You MUST install the required software listed below.
12.) You MUST be able to maintain at least 90% attendance per
month.
13.) You MUST have completed the LFR available for the tier, and
have at least some normal mode experience or prior tier heroic
experience.
