Salty Tears is currently searching for Social, active, and skilled
players for our current progressing team. We ensure that all
players on the team are able to get along with one another, without
any toxic attitudes, anyone who shows these characteristics, please
seek out another guild.

<We are currently interested in high performance DPS, of which
could possibly swap in, depending on if they can cope with higher
mechanics and keep to the schedule with being punctual>
So, Salty tears, who are we?
Salty Tears was founded back in 2014, around the month of march.
From there is was only a few friends wanting a social guild, we
grew into a 10 man guild building up in numbers, only taking in
those who we felt comfortable raiding with, and playing with. From
there we managed to get 12/14 heroic before 6.0.2 SoO, and then
14/14 mythic, selling boosts.
The major difference you will hear / know about salty tears, is
that the guild leader is a firm believe in positive raiding, and
will not take any toxic players. From this, salty tears has a great
reputation for good / positive / enjoyable raids, without the
constant flame / toxic behaviour you will find in other top
progression guilds.
We are all social players, checked during trials, for both skill
and play style, to see if they are fit for our team.
What we are expecting from you.
- You must have good understanding of your class, without knowledge
on patches to optimise your playstyle
- You must have a decent computer which can handle raiding
environments and a stable internet connection.
- You must not have a toxic reputation, the guild leader will do
background checks.
- During raids, no AFKs longer than 5 min. We do have breaks would
it be needed.
- You must have previous heroic raiding experience.
What you can expect from us
- An enjoyable raiding atmosphere
- Being able to have good, strong progress without the toxic
atmosphere
- Lot's of social events
- Making friends, even if you are not set out to it, 100% of the
time, you will find yourself bonding with the majority of the
guild, if not all within a week or so.
- Not having to worry about getting kicked for bad performance, we
have role leaders who speak with failing players to try and keep
them on their best performance - within reason -
- Fun.

Thursday - 19:00 - 22:00
Sunday - 19:00 - 22.00
Monday - 19:00 - 22.00 (this day is normally a social run, or
during progression an extra raid day)
