Hello Earthen Ring!
Exodus is a semi-casual raiding guild that is looking for one
player to play strictly as an alternate to our current core raid
team. This player will be the team's "11th" and will fill-in on the
nights where we are missing a core raider, or believe you will
benefit us more than someone else. On average, we normally run into
issues about one time a week, causing us to lose an entire night of
heroic progression due to one person. You will raid, but it will
not be on a repetitive, consistent basis. *for now*
What we are looking for: (as of January 21st)
DPS with an average to above average healer offspec. (555+
ilvl)
We raid Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday from 9:00pm-12:00am server time
(EST). Invites go out around 8:45pm, and we will never go past
12:05am.

Exodus Primary Raid Team:
We are tight-nit group of players, family, and friends who have
known each other for a long time and is made up of a variety of
life styles, ranging from college to parenthood. You can expect
quite entertaining raid nights on the regular, yet maintaining a
full-focused raid format and style to ensure progression. We have
high goals for the rest of this tier (14/14H), and even higher
goals for Warlords of Draenor come later this year.(Mythic)

What we expect from you:
Quite obviously with heroic progression being the goal, we expect
you to know all the ins and outs of both of your specs. You should
be able to pull the numbers your gear shows, all while making sure
to not stand in the fire. You should know the fights beforehand
even though we will go through the explanations prior to the fight.
You should be able to make adjustments to your play style on the
go, and be able to listen to calls at any given moment. We use
mumble, so a mic is a must.

Other:
The core raid is not all Exodus has to offer, either! We currently
have a second team ran by another guildie that is 13/14N, and is
having issues maintaining a solid 10 players on a week to week
basis. They raid Friday/Saturday and sometimes Sunday from
9:00pm-12:00am server time as well (EST).
Mythic:
With Warlords in the near future, a 20man raid format is required
for end-game progression. With that being said, 11 players isn't
going to cut it. We are keeping anyone in mind for top 5 server
progression come the xpac.
