About us:
<No Talent> is a newly formed semi-hardcore raiding guild on
Alexstrasza - US. Our goal is simple: To clear mythic content. With
that being said, our core group is composed of numerous players
with prior heroic (now mythic) raiding experience. If you feel that
you have what it takes to join us, please do not hesitate to apply.
We are always looking for exceptional players of any class.
Our core group raid times:
Tuesday: 8 - 11 PM EST
Wednesday: 8 - 11 PM EST
Friday: 8 - 11 PM EST
On off-nights we may do alt-raids or Arenas/RBGs.
What can we offer you?
First and foremost, our raid days/hours are extremely convenient.
For a total of 9 hours per week, you will be able to experience
content that most players in the game will never have a chance to
see. Secondly, our leadership has the raiding experience to ensure
that we meet our mythic aspirations. Our raid leaders were formally
members of Trismegistus on US – Medivh, a guild that reached top 50
US at its pinnacle. When Trismegistus disbanded, several of their
players joined the guild Midwinter on US-Sargeras. Lastly, No
Talent is composed of talented players who love to raid and have
fun. We have a great atmosphere and enjoy raiding together.
Expectations for raiders:
Attendance: We only raid three days a week, so above 90% attendance
is required. You are also required to be online at least 15 minutes
before raid start time for invites.
Preparation: You must know how to play your class. That includes
knowing which stats are best for you and which rotation is most
optimal. Having the ability and desire to min-max is important to
us. You must also come to every raid with enough flasks and potions
to last you through the night if they were not previously provided
for you. During progression, it is also required that you read a
guide or watch a video on a new encounter before showing up to
raid.
Dedication: Raiding can become frustrating, however, you must be
able to maintain a positive attitude though all the wipes. You must
also be able to take criticism in a mature and constructive
manner.
Desire: We at No Talent believe that gear is just a tool and
obtaining it is not the sole reason why we play this game. Current
gear becomes useless with every expansion, however, the glory of
defeating difficult encounters remains forever. You must have the
desire for glory, not gear. We do use a loot council system to
optimize progression.
