<The> was formed in 2007 by a bunch of high end raiders who
wanted a lighter schedule combined with the progress of a 5 - 6
days a week guild. For WoD we moved to the RPPVP cluster to take a
new stab at things, and to be fair we struggled early on... But
seeing as we're a long standing bunch we worked our way through it
and we're now moving on to mythic.
We always welcome applications, but keep in mind that our standards
are fairly high. We do expect people to have a 100% attendance
while improving their character outside of raids as much as they
possibly can. It is not acceptable to us to show up with that blue
item you've had for weeks if there's something available from say
normal or crafting which you could farm on your own.
