Progression schedule is Tuesday and Thursday from 8:45pm-12:45am
EST
(Invites go out at 8:30pm you are expected to be there to clear
trash, our first boss pull is at 8:45- we break for 10mins midway
and end with our last pull at 12:45) You are also expected to clear
other raid content with the guild on alt runs or on your own if you
can benefit from gear upgrades.
*WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN PARTY SHARK*
The majority of our guild is made up of former top 100+ US level
players who treat raiding as a “Team Sport” and not “Just a game”
We have an enjoyable yet competitive raid atmosphere with a
community built around players who understand that raiding is more
than just showing up on raid night and performing. The amount of
forum research, communication and effort our players put in is why
we remain competitive with 3+ night per week guilds on our light
schedule.
*MYTHIC RECRUITMENT*
We do not recruit for full time bench positions. The best comp and
players will always play on progression. We value players who put
the long term goals of the guild ahead of short term personal gain
and selfishness. If you can not handle sitting for fights do not
apply to our guild.
We run a Loot council system to optimize our ability to progress on
bosses.
On farm nights, we rotate our lineup depending on need for gear,
playing time, and maintaining efficiency.
