Questionable Morality
Raid Nights: Sunday/Monday 7:00 pm EST - 11:00 pm EST; we do NOT go
late, if we didn't kill the boss, if we hit 1% at 10:59 pm est on
monday night, we do NOT go late. If we are in the middle of an
attempt and it hits 11:01 pm, we'll finish the attempt, but that's
it.
Questionable Morality started as group of friends that have known
each other either in game (and in most cases in real life) for
years. Originally a 10 man group in Wrath of the Lich King, killing
10 man content in off raid time. During Cataclysm we decided to
make a full guild of it, since 10 man raiding was viable as a
group.
Enjoy the Raid - We don't care if someone is the worlds greatest
Rogue if we can't stand talking to them, they aren't getting in.
We'd rather not raid then raid with people that are obnoxious.
Enjoy Progression - If you don't want to push mythic then you won't
like us. If you want to push mythic till you're a red faced ball of
frustration and want to strangle your tank for standing in
something, you won't like us. If you want to try and help yourself
and your friends to be just a bit better than they were last
attempt then we'd be happy to know you.
Enjoy the Game - Hate playing Fury, do NOT want to tank? That's
fine, we don't want to make you - as long as we can progress. Play
whatever, however, if we can't enjoy progression and it's becoming
clear that, for this fight the group would have a much higher
chance of success with a brewmaster monk and there's a monk in the
raid, we will expect the player to make the switch for the fight,
everyone else will do the same in return.
We don't mind if you have another character raid with another guild
on the off nights, many of us do. What we do mind is if that other
guild says "Hey since we didn't kill the new boss tonight, we're
going to come in sunday as well!" Cool, some guilds do that. If so,
we wish that person luck but they are not welcome to play with us.
We won't add extra days and take away from other commitments, we
expect players with us to do the same in return.
If you have to miss a night, give the raid a week's heads up (more
if possible) and we can usually find someone to sub in for you. The
guild has a lot of friends who either have sunday/monday free, or
members that can no longer raid who would love to step in for a
weekend and help us out. If you are missing 1/2 the raids in a
month we'll talk. Is it something temporary? Some of us are in jobs
were there is crunch time, we are willing to make some adjustments
because we like playing with that person (remember objective 1?) If
it's a total shift with no immediate end in sight we will replace
you. It's not a hard feeling, and if that situation ever clears up,
we will try to find you a spot raiding. As long as we weren't
forced to kick you from the guild for being a *** bag you're
welcome in QM.
