Raiders Digest is a 15 to 20 person semi-hardcore PvE guild
thats been together for several expansions on US-Bloodscalp
PvP server.
The guilds main focus is PvE progression and mythic encounters,
while maintaining a healthy game/life balance. We are looking to
add reliable raiders for our push to towards mythic content in
Highmaul and Blackrock Foundry.
Raid Schedule:
Tues: 9:30pm - 12:00am (.EST) - Farm Content
Thur: 9:30pm - 12:00am (.EST) - Farm / Semi-Progression
Sun : 8:00pm - 11:00pm (.EST) - Progression
Progression
* Blackrock 8/10N 1/10H
* Highmaul 7/7N 7/7H (Some members have completed mythic
Kargath)
Expectations
We seek members who are reliable to raid our schedule, who are
competent with their class, and who are willing to make adjustments
as needed to progress on content.
We have a tight raid team of 16 players currently, so we expect
near 100% attendance when we begin on mythic content. We are
flexible with situations that come up, but if you miss or are late
to a mythic raid, please be aware you are holding 19 other people
up, so communicate your status ASAP. When joining the guild your
giving a commitment to the nineteen other people you will raid with
to show up prepared and help progress.
Bottom line this is a game we play to have fun. We are a guild of
adults and expect all our members to treat each other with civility
and not condone "salty" or "try hard" attitudes when we encounter
difficulties during raids.
Loot
Loot is distributed through a loot council during progression. When
awarding items to a team members the council takes multiple things
are taken into consideration:
* Players recent loot received
* Effect on players primary spec
* Player performance & attitude
It is important thing to trust the raid leaderships decision. The
goal for loot distribution is to be equitble and to help everyone
get a shot at the gear they want and need to make their
contributions significant.
