We are a group of players who previously raided in various top US
guilds who can no longer raid 5-7days due to life circumstances. We
have our goals set on being one of the premier 3 night a week
guilds in the US and world. The majority of our current players
have been 14/14H since Jan/Feb/March.
<Conceptual Bliss> is currently in need of Ranged DPS and
Healers. Immiediate openings for the following:
- Mage
- Mistweaver Monk
- Brewmaster
- Shadow Priest
- Enhancement Shaman
All other exceptional players should not hesitate to apply. The
best player will always secure a raid slot!
Raids: Tues/Wens/Thurs 6:30-10:30pm CST / 7:30-11:30pm EST
<Conceptual Bliss> is located on Stormreaver (H). We are
currently seeking all motivated and skilled players who share a
common goal of downing content when it is relevant. We seek
motivated players who share an elitist mindset without the attitude
and want to still be a competative on a light sched.

We expect the following out of each individual team member on our
roster:
a) Above and beyond, you must be able to perform in situations
where others are counting on you to do your job, while maintaining
a "can-do" attitude throughout an exhausting night of progression
raiding. Thinking on your feet and making clutch plays are a
MUST!
b) You must know your class inside and out, and showcase that
knowledge via performance. We use tools such as Skada, WWS, WoL,
and Warcraft Logs and we review the data we collect with those
tools regularly to ensure that our successes are not a fluke.
c) Your character must be optimized to reach its full potential!
That means utilizing Top-tier gems, enchantments, consumables, or
anything else that might give you an edge in a raiding
environment!
d) Having extensive raid experience is pretty much mandatory.
Ideally we want experienced raiders who have seen the game inside
and out, and who have experienced the scope of WoW raiding as its
changed through the years. We have players who have raided in
previous guilds such as Midwinter, Exodus, Promethean, Nighmare
Asylum and Drow.
e) Experience being essential, so is raid-worthy gear. If you
cannot step in and perform at our standards immediately, you cannot
help us achieve our goals. Gear is an indicator of the commitment
you have to being prepared and to playing your class to its
fullest.
f) You must be responsible enough to study encounters. With that
said, come prepared for raids with whatever consumables and
knowledge you'll need to enhance your performance. Ultimately
you'll need a conceptual understanding of the mechanics behind
raiding, as opposed to memorization of dance steps.
g) You should be vocal! Don't hesitate to ask questions, and don't
hesitate to give suggestions. We want active members who contribute
to the community. You should never be afraid to tell us what's on
your mind, or to share information you stumble upon.
h) Members are expected to maintain a 90%+ raid attendance. Do not
apply if you can't commit to our schedule.
