About Us: Synchronism is a raiding guild on Area 52. We are a
fairly new raiding guild established by a variety of raiders with
mixed experiences in wow. Our GM and officer core have all been
active in the hardcore raiding scene for years, several are and
have been in heroic raiding guilds but all are extremely dedicated
to what they do within the guild. We are a young guild building a
community not just a bunch of people who log on 3 times a week for
a few hours and log off. Most of us play games with each other
outside of wow and brodown every once in awhile. The guild is an
18+ guild with few exceptions. All of us are in college or working
and understand RL *** happens to everyone. We have a no drama
policy to keep the guild environment fun and mostly adult oriented,
for this reason we also look for personality fits within the guild.
We like to joke and have fun and mature language is a definite part
of the guild for better or worse. We are looking for players to
help build the community within the guild and players looking to
make a home not just a raid spot.
What we're looking for:
Due to our 9 hour a week raid schedule we look for players willing
to go the extra mile to ensure guild success in all aspects. We
expect everyone to come prepared for raids with flasks, potions,
food buffs, fully repaired, and current enchants. We will supply
with flasks and potions when needed but having your own just makes
you look better within the guild. Players applying to the guild are
to understand their class mechanics and rotation and basic
fundamentals of raid mechanics. Raiders are expected to be able to
take harsh criticism if it comes to that point thick skin is a must
especially during progression. During farm content our raids are
more lax and light hearted. If you can't take the heat stay out of
the kitchen.
What we offer:
We offer a guild working to become a reliable place of competitive
raiding on a fixed schedule with an expanding community within the
guild for those wanting to put forth the effort to engage socially
and not be a wall flower. Leadership is strong, determined and
dedicated. We also offer the typical stuff a level 25 guild offers
perks etc.
