Background Info
End Game Theory is a Fenris Guild dedicated to progression raiding
advanced game content in a friendly, mature and respectful manner.
EGT's unique Council leadership structure will ensure fair and
equitable treatment of all guild members while eliminating the
stress and dramatic impact a single autocratic GM can have on a
guild. As leaders we welcome your loyalty and interest to our guild
and give you our unwavering pledge that we are exclusively and
wholeheartedly committed to the betterment of your gaming
experience within this guild and in WoW.
What are we recruiting?
Core Raiding Spots:
1 to 2 Geared Healers
* These classes are for main raid spec to provided corresponding
buffs and special abilities. Priority consideration will be made
for individuals who apply and meet these criteria and if invited to
the guild will be expected to remain in the respective classes and
specs that they were origionally interviewed for.
Support Raiding Spots:
Multiple DPS Classes as well as Healers.*
Progression:
Current progression focus is 25 HoF / MSV and ToES. Also Heroic
modes for 10 man MSV.
Schedule (EST):
Attendance is a priority in progressive raiding, and as such we ask
that only serious individuals who can commit the time and effort to
meet our raiding schedule apply. With that said only applications
who meet this criteria will be eligible for core raiding spots.

At this time we request that you reserve all 25 man raids for guild
runs. This is subject to change.
