Cygnus Rift
The guild was formed by a group of core raiders from Transcend on
Stormscale on 20.01.2015 with the idea in mind of being one of the
top guilds on the server. We are still a brand new guild and are
looking for dedicated, mature and experienced raiders to help us
build a long-lasting progression guild. We understand that we will
not be among the top ranks during this tier due to being so new and
still finding our feet with regards to playing as a 20 man core so
we are using this tier to lay down the foundations.
What we expect of you
We expect you and everyone already within the guild to be on time
to the raids. That means logging on at 20:15 server time and ready
with food, potions and flasks and ready to start clearing trash so
we can be in front of the boss at 20:30. You need to have a near to
100% raid attendance, we understand sometimes real life gets in the
way, but multiple instances of failing to show up without fair
warning or a legitimate reason will get you demoted back to trial,
or we may fail your trial if you are trial already.
We expect you to have full knowledge and understanding of your role
and class and to an extent, knowledge of other classes and roles.
Come prepared by knowing the mechanics of the encounter we will be
progressing on so you can contribute to tactics and discussion. We
are not here to carry anyone.
Loot Council
We use a Loot Council system to award loot to our raiders. This
means that loot is given out as fairly as possible based on raid
attendance, performance and overall attitude. Gear is given out to
those who deserve it, you get back what you put in.
