classes!
Potential applicants should:
Know their class, spec, and rotation
Be correctly gemmed, enchanted, and reforged
Be able to adapt to new boss mechanics & deal with RNG
Be able to use personal defensive/offensive abilities
appropriately
Communicate with raid members during a fight
Have great attendance, and a bring a good attitude every night
