Hi Everyone,
Whisky Tango Foxtrot is a guild which originally formed back in
early Vanilla. We made some reasonable progress back in the day and
even saw a few bosses in Naxxramas. The core of the guild is still
together and has played various games over the last decade,
although we always end up back in Azeroth eventually!
We got a bit of a late start this tier (although have still managed
to clear Heroics and Mythic Kargath) and have just been through
some reshuffling due to a failed guild merge, but we are now trying
to fill our roster for Mythic progress through Highmaul, BRF (which
we aim to clear in the first week) and beyond. Members come from
various European countries as you would expect, with the UK,
Denmark, Netherlands and Germany all featuring in our ranks.
Although we are not a hardcore guild, we do have a somewhat
hardcore attitude to our time spent raiding and expect people to do
their best at all times. We aim to make solid progress in the time
available to us each week. As such, here is what we require from
our raiders:
A friendly attitude
Attention to detail
Greater flasks during raids
Pre-pots and pots during combat
A dedicated attitude to raiding
The ability to learn from mistakes
A willingness to accept constructive criticism
To be signed up to, and use our guild forums
Sign for raids in advance, and let an officer know if you are able
to attend, preferably with as much notice as possible
High attendance
Knowledge of your class (and ideally others)
The use of Mumble, both to listen to instructions, and to
communicate with the raid when required
These are the minimum things we expect you to bring to our guild,
and we would hope that nothing here comes as too much of a shock to
anyone who is serious about raiding and wants to progress in the
game.
Our raid times are Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday, 20:30-23:30 and
we expect high attendance from our members to make gearing and
progress easier and faster.
We are currently recruiting the following classes, with a high
priority:
Warlock
Hunter
Rogue
Balance Druid
A DK DPS with a solid tanking OS
While these classes are top of our priority list, we are interested
in hearing from anyone who feels that we might be the guild for
them.
Our website is still a work in progress but can be found at
wtfaa.enjin.com. Please be patient while we redesign this to better
fit our needs!
