<Synergy> is a US evening raiding guild looking for
exceptional ("pro") players to take the guild deeper into
progression at a fun and exciting pace. We enjoy a solid and stable
core player base that has been playing together for years. We
encourage players to improve through positive reinforcement and are
built on respect for the real life person behind the character.
We need players that are capable of playing game mechanics like a
pro who can maintain virtually 100% attendance. We're looking for
players with a 560+ilvl with all gear gem/chanted.

General Guild Statement
<Synergy> guild is dedicated to providing an enjoyable
raiding guild experience for all members. <Synergy> guild
should be an avenue in which members enjoy playing WoW through. It
is the desire of guild leadership that all guild members are proud
to be a member of <Synergy>. We provide services to dedicated
raid members such as guild bank repairs and full enchanting
materials.
Goal:
Progression without aggression is our motto. That means learning
from mistakes with theory crafting to get over humps and
constructive criticism without the rage. This is a game and we play
to have fun! We aim high without the craziness of pushing ourselves
to the brink.
The goal of <Synergy> guild is to raid all current 10m
content successfully and prior to the successive tier's release.
This is achieved by expecting <Synergy> members to perform at
an above average level for their respective class and role.
