Darkness Within is a World of Warcraft guild founded in 2008. Now
on Aerie Peak US server as of May 2014. We are an end game raiding
guild; focused on building a quality team to experience the full
range of content available in World of Warcraft. We provide and
maintain a unique raiding environment. Our group thrives on
cooperation and competition, while working towards common
goals.
We are looking for members who are looking for a long-term home. We
may not be the world’s top ranked guild but we do take raiding very
seriously. We are looking for members who share these qualities.
Players who are content to just be complacent are quickly filtered
out.
Raid times (US Pacific)
We are looking for players who can make one set of raid times with
little to no recurring conflicts.
Late Night Raids:
Mon-Thurs 9:30PM - 1:00AM
Weekend Raids:
Sat-Mon 5:00PM - 8:00PM
Community and atmosphere
It takes a good sense of humor and the ability to laugh at yourself
to survive here. In our downtime we like to have a good time;
whether that is grouping up for world bosses, old world raids,
dungeons, PvP or simply sitting in mumble and joining in on the
entertainment.
We are an open-minded group, and we have a very diverse roster. We
don't take kindly to our members forum trolling, openly trolling in
public chat channels, openly violating the ToS, or bringing
otherwise bad attention to us. We act like adults, we expect you to
as well.
It is important to note just because you've reached raider rank or
above doesn't mean you can be complacent and get carried. When a
boss is progression we take the best group available for each boss.
Every member from the GM to a new initiate could potentially be sat
if it means the guild gains an increased chance of defeating the
encounter.
