We are currently looking for:
1 Shaman DPS (ele pref) w/ a strong Resto Off spec
Must pull over 25k dps if you are a damage class
Must have Mumble with a working mic
Must be able to take constructive criticism
While we use group loot, our members pass on gear when they feel it
is a bigger upgrade to another and/or they have received more
pieces that day/week. Gearing one's self up while others are left
behind, does not help the group out as a whole.
Raid leads and some guild members have been in US top 20 guilds in
the past, so we know what works! This expansion though, I've
decided to go a bit more casual with a progression oriented
mindset. That said, we are a very fun group of people and anything
goes in our Mumble! During progression fights, however, we know to
buckle down and focus.
Applicant Information:
Applicants must have a strong understanding of what to expect from
encounters that we have cleared and are working on. While not
mandatory, successful applicants should have significant hard/old
Heroic/Mythic mode experience and knowledge of all progression
fights. In addition, a thorough understanding of your class and
spec, as well as knowledge of how to maximize your character is
highly desirable. Applicants should be able to fully commit to our
raid schedule and be consistent, reliable, and perform to the best
of their ability. Since we run a small roster, we rely on our
raiders showing up on a consistent basis.
We realize that people have offline commitments so missing raid
days is okay. However, you MUST notify me before hand if you are
going to be late or absent. Failure to do so will mean your trial
period is over.
To apply:
While we have no formal application process, you are required to
join us for trial runs, which we will do on Tuesdays. This means
that you do not have to transfer immediately! Afterwards, if you
feel we work for you and we feel that you work for us, you can join
the guild.
