Snowblind is a raiding guild formed in the autumn of 2013 and
consists of a group of players from Lucky Seven of Auchindoun.
Many of us quit during tier 14 due to various reasons.
In Throne of Thunder the core of Lucky Seven came back to the game,
and then about a month after the release of Siege of Orgrimmar we
were enough to start raiding again.
We have a relaxed and friendly, but also serious raiding
enviorment.
Our goal is to compeat high on rankings, but then again stand away
from raiding hardcore (4-5 days a week), thats why quality is the
most important aspect when we raid!
We're currently recruiting for WoD, as this tier is about to build
the best possible team for next expansion.
Raid times (Server time):
Monday: 19.00-23.00
Thursday: 19.00-23.00
Sunday: 19.00-23.00 (Sunday is used as an extra raiding day during
progress)
What we expect from our raiders:
We recruit the player not the character. We search for good players
that not only live up to the basic requirements but also brings a
personality that fits. As a member of Snowblind you are the face of
the guild and your actions reflect back at Snowblind, we wont
accept any actions that might damage the guilds reputation, or any
current reputation which doesn't appeal to the guild.
Every single raider in Snowblind needs to have perfect attendance.
Missing raids needs to contain good reason(s)!
Deadweight is not needed in the guild. Failure to maintain an
acceptable level of activity will result in your removal.
We expect you to read our posts on forum daily for/incase
updates.
Have everything in order before raid starts, microphone,
teamspeak3, flasks, pots, food etc.
We dont play around while raiding, we need everyone to be up to
date on all aspects of every fight and ready to put down the effort
it requires to down the encounters we're facing.
We expect everyone to be on TS and basically ready to go 5 minuts
before raid starts.
Not following guilds policy will take concequences in terms of
warnings, loot ban, demotion, raid spot lost or even guild
kick.
