<Silly Salamanders> is a newly reformed guild built from the
ground up with progression-minded and skilled players. We value
personal accountability and believe that we owe it not only to our
fellow raiders but also to ourselves to be great players. Anyone
that raids with us wants to progress and help our raid be the best
it can be. To that end we all take the time to work on our class,
prepare ourselves for the mechanics of the fights we'll be doing,
and learn the strategy we're using to tackle a boss. This is what
we expect from ourselves and this is what any potential Salamander
should expect of themselves.
