Zongi(Rogue) with the determination to become server first on
Firetree. We are a brand new guild, formed a week before WoD was
launched. We care mostly about performance and attitude.
Raid time: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday
10:30pm-2:30am EST(Server Time)
Performance: Be a smart player. We expect you to do your
research on both the fights and your class. We base performance off
of how you compare with others in your class using the percentile
ranking system on logs. Gear can be attained any time, if you are
doing the highest potential dps for your gear, then you are doing
it right. Show us that you are dedicated and we'll return the
favor.
Attitude: Able to take constructive criticism. No drama.
Show up at least 5-15mins before raid. Raid starts at the scheduled
time, not assemble at that time!!! Think of the guild as one:
Everyone's skills and gears are essentially your own. {Don't be
selfish}
Recruitment Process: We will bring you into our 30 man
Normal and Heroic runs. The best raiders will be joining our Mythic
Raid as core raiders. We want diversity, so you would be competing
against your own class/role.
We have firmly established a few positions to our current raiders
for Mythic as core raiders. However, we continue to look for those
raiders that show up prepared every day before raid starts. If you
continue to show up, you will be brought into raids. HIGH PRIORITY

*Range DPS - Warlock, Mage,
*Melee DPS - Unholy/Frost DK, WW Monk, Enhance Shaman
*Healer - Strong MW Monk, Priest, Resto Druid
*Tank - Warrior, Monk
Loot Distribution: Loot Council with a rotating Raider to
minimize bias. We gear towards group progression. If someone is
underperforming, they will not be able to utilize the gear to the
highest potential.
