Devotion
Devotion is back! Having been one of Shadowsong's best guilds in
TBC we took a little break in wrath, and have finally decided to
return!
Our Aims are simple, Top quality raiding supported by strong
leadership and a good team of solid members. Maintaining an
atmosphere of casual community 80% of the time, but knuckling down
and working really hard when actually raiding.
So what do we look for in a member?
Simply put there are ofcourse a small list of things we look for
when recruiting members, if this sounds like you. Feel free to
apply.
* Active! - We're still not 100% sure on our WoD raid days, but
will be looking at an average attendance of 70% across 2 weeks, got
RL issues one week, that's cool.
* Very high knowledge of your class, its specs and all the little
tricks. We're not super hardcore, but expect you to know your own
class inside and out!
* Full Buff foods, elixirs and flasks at the ready and being used
at all times. Lets be honest it's not hard to get the buff's
together!
* Dedication, when learning a new boss, wipes will happen, a lot.
Members need to have the perseverance to succeed
* Strong tactic knowledge, members are expected to know tactics and
know their roles on bosses we are attempting
* The best gear, Enchants and Gems Available to your class/Role.
that little effort outside of raiding will make sure that the kill
happens, wipes happen less and everyone gets on well.
* Strong Community attitude, we can only function as a well oiled
team
