We raid 3 days a week. Tues/Wed/Thurs 6-10 pm server
We highly expect each player on our team to know there class better
than anyone and how they can utilize there class/spec for each
fight to the maximum potential!
Research: Always stay on top of your class and participate in
discussions about it. Every single patch or expansion dedicate some
time to learning how to fully optimize your character.
The fights: Know what the mechanics are before you even walk into
the raid.
Defensives: Please use them. If there is massive raid wide damage,
use something to mitigate a portion of it. Save the brez for a tank
or healer.
intelligence : Being able to execute properly your character's
role/rotation, being able to take smart decisions on the whim,
always try to figure on ways to improve your play, admit your
mistakes and correct them
Situational awareness : self explanatory, being aware of your
surrounding to avoid damage and detect priority targets.
You MUST be able to survive fights! This is 100% the biggest reason
to get demoted from our raid team.
We want players that can avoid/navigate fight mechanics and survive
in a sticky situation. If we ask you to do something for the raid
team, you should know how to do it beforehand. Wiping to it a few
times is ok, but repeatedly not doing the mechanic right is grounds
for replacement.
We are a guild centered on raiding and will excel to end-game
content. If you are interested in joining the guild please do so.
