Just a Fleshwound is a serious raiding guild that doesn't take
itself too seriously. Although we are not a longstanding guild the
team have been raiding together for a long time. Five of the core
members have been raiding together since Wrath, with other members
joining in Cataclysm and Mists of Pandaria.
Most of all we pride ourselves on our teamwork, working together as
a team is more important than individual effort, we don't like big
egos and we do like to have a fun time whilst progressing through
content, after all it's a game, we're competitive, but we play to
have fun.
We raid 2 nights a week, Fridays and Sundays, (sometimes rising to
3 nights adding in a Wednesday during progression)from 8, 8.30 pm
to around 11, 11:30 ish game time, depending on people's
commitments. We were in the top ten on the server for 10 man
raiding in MoP pre nerf (we stopped raiding for a bit at the end of
MoP when we lost our longstanding bear tank due to university
commitment and developing a taste for alcohol and partying :P)
which isn't bad for a group that contains people who work full-time
and or have family commitments.
We're a mix of ages, genders and nationalities, though the majority
of the team is from the UK and you would be expected to have a
decent grasp of spoken English to join so you could understand and
be understood.
We use TeamSpeak 3 to raid so you would be expected to have it
downloaded and set up (very easy) if joining the team.
We are currently looking to recruit to build on our 10 man team
whilst doing heroic raids, with the aim to move to Mythic (we used
to raid old heroic = new mythic level)once we have enough core
players to field a strong 20 man team, but aim to do so slowly and
steadily so as not to upset the balance of the current team.
Currently we are looking for few classes to join our team for
WoD,see above, if you're interested please whisper Ulnara,
Dyscaphia or Switchblades or drop an in game mail or apply on our
website (please note that we are not always currently monitoring
our website daily due to work commitments, but we are checking at
least weekly, however since we're logged in most evenings, it's
probably easiest to speak to one of us there or drop an in game
mail)
