<Suffer> has been on Detheroc since the very beginning and while most every other guild has either quit or left, we keep plugging along. As we have aged, priorities have shifted to highlight camaradarie over progression. That said, we have always attracted skilled players and one raid night a week is sufficient to eventually see all content in a given patch.
