We are <Imba>, a 7/7M guild on Lightning's Blade that is
looking to add to our 20M roster. For Mythic raiding in Warlords of
Draenor, we're searching for skilled players to raid with and get
to know with the aim of continuing high end progression through the
expansion. <Imba> is currently the #1 progression guild on
Lightning's Blade, and the 80thth ranked 20M guild in the US.
<Imba> is a merger of two heroic progression 10M guilds that
wanted to get a head start on preparing for Mythic. We've got a
solid collection of players looking for like minded players to come
in and progress with us. Most of us have been playing together
since WotLK and Cataclysm.

We here at <Imba> are only looking for long term members. We
want raiders that will be part of our core and with us for the long
haul. Everyone that joins will be an active member and you will be
given a chance to stand out and earn your raid spot. Understand
that we will do whatever is necessary to make encounters as easy as
possible, and what that means is raid stacking. Despite that,
everyone will see raid time.
Our progression raid schedule is as follows:
Monday: 9:00pm EST - 12:00am EST
Tuesday: 9:00pm EST - 12:00am EST
Wednesday: 9:00pm EST - 12:00am EST
Thursday: 9:00pm EST - 12:00am EST
Loot:
<Imba> awards all loot via loot council. We distribute loot
based on many factors such as: raid attendance, seniority,
performance, and previous loot received. Our goal is simple, to put
the loot where it will best serve the guild from a raid progression
standpoint. We do not punish members for taking items that are not
their best in slot but still an upgrade. We place a high value on
loyalty and attendance, and tend to award the best items to
individuals that have proven themselves to be trustworthy, skilled,
and reliable.
What we expect from all raid members:
We expect all members to maintain a relatively high attendance, to
perform well (damage/healing, target swapping, raid awareness,
specific fight mechanics, etc), and to have a constructive
attitude. In <Imba>, being able to learn from constructive
criticism will help you go far with us. We understand there are
situations where people cannot attend a raid. If we expected
everyone to be here 100% of the time we would only have a handful
of players in the guild. You will not be punished for missing a
raid once in a while, provided you inform the guild's officers as
best you can in advance (vacations and the like).
Outside raids:
<Imba> is big on community and getting to know the guild
outside of raids is something we love to see. Being involved in
other activities such as PvPing, talking on mumble, doing old
raids, and playing another game (SC/SC2, LoL, DoTA, Diablo, add
your own!) is a big plus, both for yourself and the guild.
