MOMiT is an adult, casual 25 man raiding guild established in
August, 2006. We are a friendly tight-knit group of adult players
enjoying end-game content. We are interested in members who will
share our vision of balancing the challenge of progression with
full lives outside the game. We recruit first for like-minded
members, and then class and spec.
We don't all have a lot of time to play, and we like to spend what
time we do have together playing well. We respect each other enough
to take good care of our characters and to bring our best to the
raids. That encompasses a number of things that some players
consider "hard core" -- from making sure all of our gear is
reforged/fully gemmed/enchanted to bringing full consumables to
researching a fight's mechanics before the pull.
There is a lot of flexibility in our raid slotting system, and we
ask for 60% attendance to maintain invite priority. We also have
mechanics in place to ensure less available members can still raid
with the guild.
We have this flexibility because we genuinely enjoy spending time
together. From talking about toddlers to lolcats to computer
troubleshooting, we all get a lot of value out of the friends we
make here. No one stops being a MOMiT because they can only make
one raid night a week - our raiding system is built to balance both
progression and community.
We raid Sundays, Tuesdays & Thursdays, 4:30-7:30 Server
