Raid Times/Days
Monday-Thursday, 9-12 pm server(EST)
Loot system- Loot Council
An example of the Loot Council process would be when an item is
linked in raid chat. Players in need of that specific item, would
link their current item that they would plan to upgrade if they
were to receive it. Guild GMs/officers decide who gets the item.
Officers look at several different factors ranging from attendance,
performance, and size of upgrade. The player who meets all/most of
the factors will receive the loot.
About TA:
Total Annihilation is a semi-hardcore raiding guild in
US-Ysondre(Alliance). TA was formed in February 2010 by the merging
of two Alliance Ysondre guilds, Kawfee Talk and Ruthless
Aggression.

TA's expectations from current or interested players:
- Full knowledge of your classes.
- Research and practice, to maximize performance towards raid
content.
- Research towards future or assigned raid content.
- Able to handle criticism and guild decisions.
- Ventrilo/Mumble installed.
- Specific raid add-ons: A boss mod(DBM/DXE) and a threat meter
(Omen/Skada/etc.)
- Properly gemmed and enchanted gear or after receiving new
gear.
- Specced in a proper raid spec for raid content.
- Maximized professions on your main toon.
