Ilvl, performance and attendance is not a necessity.
We keep a bigger roster and pick the best suited players for
progression.
Once the bosses are on farm, players who doesn't need gear will sit
for others to have a chance at loot.

Raid team 1 is for dedicated heroic raiders.
Raid team 2 raid normal and flex mode for casual players.
Raid 1 and 2 recruiting ANY and ALL talented players.
Possibility of merging raids for WoD mythic.
