We've raided together as a guild for over 7 years, with our roots beginning in Ulduar. We've finished every raid with nearly a full clear on the hardest difficulty.

We've been 10man since the beginning, and so we don't see Mythic in the close future, but if you're interested in a light raid schedule with people who are close and open to new people, look no farther.
