Who are we?
Into Elysium is a new guild on Silvermoon. Most of us have been
raiding since Mid TBC Days, although few members have experience
all the way back from Vanilla.

Since we only raid 3 nights per week, we demand a close to 100%
attendance. If you know that you will, on a regular basis, be
occupied with something else on Wednesdays, Sundays, or Mondays, do
not apply. Being absent every once in a while due to IRL-related
matters is understandable, but we want you to attend 3/3 raids most
weeks.
What can we offer you?
We offer you stability, an experienced leadership, raid progression
and a great team spirit. Our raids are focused on progression
through to the next boss, or the next level of difficulty, while
not killing the fun in raiding. Loot is distributed via a Roll
system, with a backup Loot Council, should it be needed
What do we expect from you?
We expect you to know everything that is relevant to your class in
general and your spec / role in particular.
We expect you to keep up to date with changes of mechanics that
concern your class / spec / role.
We expect you to come fully prepared for raids (consumables, gems /
enchants, etc). This includes knowing tactics in advance, if you
have no experience of the fights we're progressing on.
We expect you to be online and on Raidcall at 19:50 on raid nights.
This includes having a microphone and a sound system for RC.
We expect you to be able to communicate with all our members in
English.
We require you to be 16+ and to be mature when called for. We
troll, we joke, we fool around, but when we're fighting a boss, we
expect you to be focused on progressing.
We don't expect you to have full Heroic gear, nor do we expect you
to have 12/12 experience. You will need to prove to us that,
irrelevant of your gear and experience, you can play at the level
required to meet our expectations and help us progress.
