This guild is comprised of core players that have World 250
experience. With regards to recruiting, our main undertaking is
quality over quantity. We want steadfast, loyal players who care to
be in a stable growing environment, not loot-thirsty
transfer-hopping mercenaries who are just waiting to jump onboard a
guild that is one boss kill ahead of everyone else. We want players
who come informed concerning boss fights, not to be spoon-fed
information about what they read on bosskillers.com but rather
proactive players who want to make the most out of the time we
have. We want considerate players who are willing to persevere with
difficult new encounters, help input useful observances should
there be anything that our raid leaders have possibly missed, and
feel genuinely part of a team; not a mere cog in a machine. In
order to pass trial, you must fit in with the guild culture- we are
a guild of friends who are also good players.
Consequently, we will not hesitate to replace players who play
poorly or do not live up to the guilds expectations. In order to
preserve our standards and enjoyable raid atmosphere, as a player,
you must put forth your best effort. By no means will Horrible
Times carry underdeveloped players.
