Obsydian is what we think of as a "Casual Raiding Guild". By that,
we mean that "Casual" means that we have fun, we enjoy the game, we
don't shout at each other if something goes wrong, we don't beat
people up if they cant attend a raid and we don't all sit at the
stone for three hours before a raid to ensure we can kick off at
8pm prompt. By "Raiding Guild" we mean we take raiding seriously.
We bring our buff foods and pots, we know how to play our classes
and we know the basics of the boss before we take him on (The raid
leader will give specific tactics but we should all know what the
boss does). We don't /afk whenever we feel like it and we have
consideration for the other 24 people in the raid.
In short - we take raiding seriously, its what the guild is there
for - but we do it in a fun and mature manner, as its a game, not a
way of life.
