What kind of guild we are:
Northern Alliance is raiding since Karazhan times. The core of
guild is made of veteran gamers and we would be more than happy to
recruit more alike players, but it is not the only sort of players
we are looking for. In June 2013 we have transfered to Argent
Dawn server. We hope that we will find what we are looking for
here, more lively realm and better opportunity to recruit good
players.
What kind of players we are looking for:
Players, who are ready to join our PvE raiding team, progressing
through end-game raids. You have to be at least 18 years old and
able to join at least two raids per week.
Preparation - Prepared for all boss fights, knowing all
tactics, bringing all necessary ingredients (food, flasks, potions)
with you, having your gear (enchants, gems) and spec ready is the
absolute basic.
Class Knowledge and Skill - We assume you know your
class mechanics well and you are using them as good as you
can.
Focus, Discipline, Mature behavior - Work on yourself,
keep the raid spirit up (you can be silent whole raid if you like
it, but none will be allowed to cause drama), be open minded, able
to take and give feedback, you need to be ready to wipe whole
evening on one boss while learning that fight, improving and
avoiding previous mistakes, patience.
Dedication - We highly prefer people who are working for
guild, dedicated to guild, raiding with guild through the whole
expansion, not just for a short time once some patch is released.
If you would like to join us just to get some epics or leet
achievements, then sorry, we are not guild for you.
We are focusing on 10m raiding. We are raiding on
Thursday, Sunday and Tuesday, always from 20:00 till 23:00.
Raids are scheduled through ingame calendar one week ahead and we
are drafting people for raid 24 hours before the raid itself.
